Overview of our aluminum alloy Our current product lines of automobile running board step plates are designed and manufactured to the highest of detail and quality workmanship. Manufactured using a high strength tenzaloy aluminum alloy which we use exclusively in all our products. Tenzaloy is a superior aluminum alloy which is virtually unbreakable with long lasting anti-wear properties. It also has long lasting esthetic properties as well (will not oxidize or tarnish over time) and can be buffed to a high luster mirror like finish. Our finishing process We now have some of our new running board step plate lines available for your hot rod car and truck. Our step plates are first surface prepped and chemically treated before coated with our catalyzed epoxy primer made specifically for our aluminum. We spray paint using high quality solid base coats, top coated with a polyurethane clear coats and rubbed out for a desired smooth finish. Combining our high standards of workmanship with the use of some of the best professional finishing materials on the market, we proudly stand behind all our product lines of running board step plates. Esthetic appearance, wear and durability is guaranteed 100%. In the making We are designing new lines of running board step plates and accessories for your vintage automobile, your custom rod car and truck. Models include Packard, Chrysler, Nash, Stutz Oldsmobile, Studebaker, Buick, Willys, Overland, Essex, Hupmobile, Hudson, Reo and more. We will soon be offering as an option, a choice of colors for some of our running board step plates signia logo background inlay. Custom aluminum work If you have any vintage automobile hard to find parts that you would like us to duplicate or have custom made for you and can be manufactured (casted) from aluminum, contact us and let us know what you have in mind. It may be possible to quote you a price by seeing pictures or drawings but parts that could be shipped to us would give you a more accurate pricing quote.
