Ordering Information
All "made to order" products will be shipped out
within 15 business days. The exception to this is specialty
items. Specialty items are our products (Custom Running Board Step Plates)
that have to be customized or manufactured to your specifications
to fill your order, such as custom fit and size applications
or special detailed finishing, such as custom paint finishes
as requested by you, the customer. Other specialty items include
your vintage or classic car or truck parts that you have requested
us to duplicate or custom manufacture. These should be shipped
out in 15-18 business days. You will be notified by email when
your order has been shipped from our location. We do like to
keep certain products in stock but many of our products (Running
Board Step Plates) are "made to order".
If we have your product in stock it will be shipped out within
48 hours and you will be notified by email from us.
NOTE:
Once you have placed an order, we will
send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your payment for your order. You will also receive
a second e-mail once your order has been shipped from our location.
Our Standard Shipping Method for
all our products is CANADA POST and
UPS Ground Service which is delivered
in 10-14 business days for most of the 50 American States and 4-7 business
days for most Canadian Provinces.

allow 4-8 weeks shipping to the (non-continental U.S.A.) Hawaii, Alaska,
Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin
Islands.
We can ship items internationally, however
the process is not automated for orders outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Customs International orders may be subject
to Tariffs, Customs Duties and Associated Assessments .
Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added
Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely
the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Vintage
Alloy does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be
charged customs fees by the carrier company that delivers the
package. Note: Please be aware that customers are liable
for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us
due to unexpected tariffs and customs fees. Payment

and Paypal At this time we only process our online payment
transactions through a partnership with www.paypal.com.
Paypal is a safe and secure online payment processing company and we encourage
you to visit their Web site. Online payments can be made by Visa,
Master Card, Discover, American Express and eCheck. When paying with
a credit card the name Vintage will
appear on your credit card statement. Return Policy Our Guarantee
We guarantee all products sold to be free from
manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase upon delivery of your order, you may
return the product in a new condition including original
packaging and paperwork, for exchange. We cannot
accept returns of used products, altered, painted or products returned
more than 30 days after delivery. Return shipping costs
We will pay return shipping
costs for all our products due to any manufacturing defects or
a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid Canada
Post or UPS label and a Return
Authorization Number
(RAN #) for you to return the product(s)
to us. Returning your product?
All returns require an Return
Authorization Number (RAN #) in order for us to accept shipments.
Shipments without a RAN # clearly marked on the
outside of the box will unfortunately be returned to the sender.
All returned products will be examined
upon receipt. If the product is not in new
condition, including original packaging and paperwork or does not
meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a exchange
for a replacement product and the product may be shipped back
to you. Exchanges
If you require an exchange, we will
ship your replacement product after we receive and process your
returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest
to place a new order or email us at customerservice@vintagealloy.com Note: Please
allow 5-10 business days for your returned product to be processed
once it has arrived at our location. Damaged Goods
Goods that have been damaged or lost in shipment are
the responsibility of the carrier. Please check your shipment
upon arrival for damages and notify the carrier for damage claims
immediately. Please keep all original
packaging as it will be needed for the claim to be proporly inspected.
Do not return a package to us before the carrier's agent has completed

to checkout and fill out the required shipping
information, excluding credit
card information . You will see the total
amount with the shipping cost included.
You can then print that page and mail to us along with your certified
cheque or money order payment.

require some basic information to process your order such as billing

order or for contact purposes should we have trouble processing an
